We at getDigital are always on the lookout for funny and useful gadgets for our customers. We often import products ourselves in large quantities so that we can offer them at the most attractive price possible. This was also the intention with the Counting Money Box - but unfortunately not everything always goes as planned when importing from the Far East, but more on that later...
First, the money box itself:
The Counting Money Box is a practical gadget that shows you on a display how much you have already saved.
This works by pressing the coins through an elastic opening in the slot. The device then recognizes the diameter of the coin and can assign a value in euros.
In addition to the digital display, you can also visualize the amount you have saved, as the container of the counting money box is made of transparent Plexiglas.
If you want to spend the money you have saved on the next gadget, you can of course reset the count to zero using the reset button on the underside of the lid. The battery compartment is also located on the back of the lid, which you have to unscrew to insert two AA batteries for the counter and the display.
The counting money box is therefore a really practical gadget that helps you or your children to save money by making your success visible in the best possible way!
So much for the theory... Unfortunately, in practice it has turned out that many of the counting money boxes are faulty. In about a third of the boxes, the counter jumps to zero after some time without the reset button having been pressed.
Nevertheless, we don't want to deprive you of the counting money box and have come up with something: for a fraction of the original price, you get two money boxes. The probability that one of them will be intact is quite high. However, if both are broken, we will send you another one so that you end up with a working counting money box! Simply register a warranty claim upon receipt.
