As a bookworm, sometimes it's not so easy: sometimes the sun is too bright to read, sometimes it's too dark to make out the letters on the page. And when your partner goes to bed early and turns out the light, the pleasure of reading seems to be a distant memory.
However, the solution to this problem is easier than you might think: with the aptly named "Night Owl" LED reading lamp, you can read without disturbing other people with too much light. The lamp, which weighs just 8 grams and is barely noticeable, is simply attached to your spectacle frame with a flexible clip and is ready to use straight away. All you have to do is align the 16,500 millicandela LED lamp using a ball joint and switch it on using the small switch on the side of the device.
The built-in 110 mAh lithium-polymer battery supplies the lamp with power for 3 hours, which corresponds to around 120 pages at a normal reading speed. The lamp can be conveniently charged at any USB port, for example on a home computer or laptop, using the micro USB cable supplied. The lamp is ready for use again after 90 minutes.
Of course, you are not limited to reading when using the night owl; the small gadget also provides you with light when camping, traveling or in the hobby room. A robust plastic case also ensures that the lamp is always protected away from the couch at home.
