Description The Keyboard HackShield RFID Backpack

RFID, so-called radio frequency identification tags, allow objects, people, animals, etc., to be identified by a reader that reads stored codes with the help of electromagnetic waves.
This is sometimes quite practical, for example, when you want to log into the time tracking system at work in the morning using a chip, but it also carries risks in other areas, especially because RFID tags are now hidden in things whose data you might not want to disclose.
Payback customer cards, credit cards, tickets, the Bahncard, and also IDs and identity papers. If you put all the data together, you can create a comprehensive profile of yourself. You can read about how extensively RFID has already been used, for example, here.
The The Keyboard HackShield RFID Backpack not only protects you from RFID radio waves but also from electromagnetic waves of any kind! So if you pack your phone, smartphone, UMTS-enabled tablet, or notebook in the HackShield backpack, you can no longer be called, but you also can no longer be located. All radio signals of the mobile network no longer reach you, so you no longer appear in the cell network. This can otherwise only be prevented by removing the battery (simply turning it off is often not enough) - however, modern smartphones no longer have removable batteries. In addition, booting up until ready for operation takes up to a minute - but if you take your phone out of a HackShield backpack, it is immediately ready for use again.
The backpack offers space for writing materials, cables, most 15" laptops, and many other things. With the padded back, it is particularly comfortable, even when the numerous inner pockets (partially with Velcro or zipper) are filled. The approximately 1.5kg backpack is additionally closed with the secure Fidlock technology in addition to the zipper. A simple pull with just one hand is enough to open the bag, but it nearly closes itself with a magnet - you just need to know how, which makes it difficult for thieves.
