We couldn't have said it better ourselves. Just like everywhere in life and in space, when it comes to food, it's all about the right balance between mild and spicy, light and dark, good and evil. Ouch, alright! Like the originals, these two droids are made of high-quality material, in this case, porcelain. So they can be cleaned with water without any problems, just avoid a full wash because of the electronics... R2-D2 is intended for pure salt, R2-Q5 for dark pepper. That's why the black R2-Q5 also has a few more holes on the top. Both robots can be easily filled from the bottom, which is sealed with a rubber plug that is easy to remove. (Guaranteed no broken fingernails, nerves, family dinners.)
At over 9 cm in height, the two shakers are slightly larger than usual salt and pepper shakers and make for great decoration. Unfortunately, they are a bit stubborn and so far refuse to move independently to the plate and dispense the right dose of salt or pepper... But maybe that's for the best, you never know exactly what the D2 series is up to... That's why you keep full control over the robots and the taste. :)
