And how we would have loved to listen to the enchanting Kaywinnit Lee 'Kaylee' Frye countless more times as she curses indignantly in Mandarin or expresses her rapture with a spirited shiny! with a hearty shiny!
Unfortunately, after just 14 episodes and a movie, it was over because Fox turned off the money tap for one of the most interesting sci-fi series ever. Life can be so unfair!
Shiny was and is the word that best describes the feeling of the series. Firefly most succinctly and best.
Using an elaborate printing process, we have created the series trademark in the style of the striking Firefly-lettering on a T-shirt to pay tribute to this series.
What if hundreds of us, all dressed in this shiny shirt, stood in front of the Fox headquarters and protested? We're sure series creator Joss Whedon would join us on the spot! Flash mob, anyone?
