Description Star Trek Phaser remote control

The best diplomat I know is a fully-loaded phaser bank.

The distance between the sofa and the TV is infinite. Fortunately, there are remote controls that can be used as throwing weapons when the program is bad. But it's much better to simply change the program with a real precision weapon. Preferably to a rerun of your favorite Star Trek episodes. Or you can switch straight to the DVD player ;)

You can do all this without getting up or searching for the second remote control if you have a Star Trek Phaser remote control remote control. Just like the real phaser, it reliably dematerializes bad programming and provides excitement.

Your very own phaser comes well-padded in an elegant case. Just as Mr. Spock and the other crew members have received their weapons. To avoid confusion, you can write your name on the case. Of course you have to mount your phaser yourself. However, this is child's play with the enclosed instructions. The handle and other components are made of heavy brushed metal, giving the Phaser a pleasant weight of just over 390 g. With the magnetic stand, you can effectively put the Phaser down - but you won't want to put it down anyway.

As with a normal universal remote control, you can set the Phaser to different devices and functions. To execute the commands, however, you don't just press the right button, in this case the trigger, but also have to move a little. :) By moving up and down, turning and swiveling back and forth, the phaser recognizes the respective command, e.g. Play TOS episode 1. Up to 27 individual commands can be saved.

Strictly speaking, however, you no longer need any other entertainment electronics with the Phaser. That's why, in addition to its function as a remote control, there's also the practice mode, in which you rehearse the various command gestures - whereby the phaser communicates directly with you and tells you how you're doing - and the FX mode, in which you can fight imaginary enemies accompanied by authentic sound effects. You change the mode via the rounded right switch on the top, the sounds are controlled via the numbered rotary knob. You don't even have to leave your living room to fend off rampaging Gorn. Epic!

The phaser is charged via USB in the modern way. So you don't need batteries - after all, there aren't any on the Enterprise. The first charge takes about 2 hours. As soon as the light flashes green, the phaser is ready for use. A nice extra that you will need to assemble the phaser is the enclosed screwdriver with locking cap and NCC-1701-lettering. You can practically carry it around in your pocket and pull it out effectively when needed, of course not without casually referring to the fantastic phaser waiting for you at home ;)

Perhaps the best thing is that the Phaser offers a TV-Off mode, in which it emits almost all known switch-off codes of most televisions at the touch of a button. This allows you to switch off almost all televisions without any programming. Perfect for the pub at the next World Cup game, for example :D
