We're not really in favor of dressing children like little Darth Vaders or the like... they don't even know who that is... after all, they are still small... that's why, of course, the little companions from Star Wars are the suitable identification figures for children! ;) Just like R2-D2. And because the little ones would only complain about an authentic metal cosplay, there is the droid as a soft bathrobe version to snuggle up in.
All of R2-D2's buttons and controls are embroidered, making them equally stable and flexible. The back piece essentially forms the helmet, and the robe has no hood. Two large pockets are suitable for carrying all sorts of Star Wars figures and whatever else a freshly bathed droid might need. A belt keeps everything together.
The fleece material is not only incredibly soft but also quickly absorbs water, so little droids are protected from cold and rust that could damage their systems.
