Meeting.
People in suits, overtired from the previous night's LAN party, sit around a round white table while one of them gives a power presentation on a topic that is of no interest to anyone. A blatant lack of oxygen in the room also contributes to the first person's head tilting to one side for a moment.
Now only one thing can save the mood: The soundboard.
Well done to the colleague who can call this gadget his own ;)
Once you press the button, the loud and audible Behind you, a three-headed monkey and the colleague who is in danger of falling asleep will immediately be wide awake again :)
It is generally advisable to use the soundboard as early as possible in meetings, as this can have a decisive positive influence on the course of the following half hour:
If the projector doesn't work straight away, the button Epic Fail button eases the tension of the designated speaker. The saying Did you turn it off and on again? can have a supporting effect. If nothing works, press the button for the fail melody and if you want to ask a question, press the button for the buzzer sound. A sound for a mean-spirited laughter the soundboard has just as much in stock as the question Why is there straw lying around here? in case the speaker strays too far from the topic. Not to be forgotten is the explosion soundwhich also works very well in meeting situations - not just when a colleague has tripped over the laptop charging cable ;)
As you can see - practically nothing works in the office without the soundboard (in any case, everyday working life is much less fun). Even outside of meetings, this gadget should not be missing on any desk, regardless of whether you are a sys admin, teacher, customer service manager or buyer - there is the right sound for every situation :) By the way: You can also switch the soundboard to English if you prefer or if there are non-German-speaking colleagues present. Instead of "Why is there straw lying around here?" you then have the Wilhelm Scream.
